HayyHomes is a free information tool. By using it you agree to these terms.

• Information only. Distances, drive times, and place data are estimates from community-maintained sources and may be wrong or out of date. HayyHomes is not a brokerage and provides no real-estate, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything that matters independently before acting on it.
• Acceptable use. Don't abuse the service: no scraping at volume, no automated bulk lookups, no submitting false corrections, no attempting to breach accounts or the underlying systems.
• Your submissions. Corrections you submit may be published (and contributed upstream to OpenStreetMap under ODbL). Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
• Accounts. You're responsible for your credentials. We may remove accounts that violate these terms.
• Third-party sites. Links to Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, mosque and school websites leave our service; their terms govern there.
• No warranty. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page's effective date.
