Privacy policy

What we collect

• Lookups: the addresses/links you search are geocoded; successful geocodes are cached (address → coordinates) so repeat lookups are instant. Cached entries are not tied to you.
• Accounts (optional): email, optional name, a salted password hash (we never store your password), and the addresses you choose to save to your shortlist.
• Operational logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and secure the site.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers, advertisers, agents, or anyone else.
• No third-party ad trackers. Analytics, if enabled, are Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless and aggregate.
• No inference about your religion or any protected characteristic. Using HayyHomes requires no assumption about who you are.

Third-party services

Geocoding requests are processed by the US Census Bureau geocoder and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim (the looked-up address is sent to them, without your identity). Map tiles load from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP as any image host would. Outbound listing links go to Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com/Trulia, whose own policies apply once you leave.

Sensitive data, treated as such

Addresses you save alongside mosque-proximity results could be read as implying religious affiliation. We treat your saved shortlist as sensitive personal data: it is stored only with your explicit opt-in consent (the checkbox at signup), used solely to show you your own dashboard, never used for profiling or marketing, never shared, and deleted when you delete it or your account. Anonymous lookups are never linked to any identity.

Your choices

You can use the core lookup with no account. You can delete saved addresses anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account and all its data, email contact@hayyhomes.com and we'll confirm within 30 days.
